With the NFL season in the rearview mirror, all focus now shifts to the 2024 NFL Draft. On Tuesday, the NFL released the names who were invited to the Scouting Combine in Indianapolis — all 321 names.
Michigan football had 18 players invited to the event for scouts to watch. The Wolverines had a whopping six offensive linemen earn an invite. The breakdown consisted of 11 offensive players and seven defensive players that will participate in Indianapolis for the maize and blue.
Michigan has one sure-fire first round projected player, QB J.J. McCarthy. But some other Wolverines could earn themselves a Day 1 grade if they perform well in the Combine and do well talking to the scouts.
