According to multiple reports, Michigan will not be getting safeties coach Stephen Adegoke from the Houston Texans. Texans coach DeMeco Ryans did enough to retain the young coach and keep him in the NFL.
It sounds like Sherrone Moore offered quite a bit to get Adegoke, but the NFL was too much to get him back in Ann Arbor.
According to The Michigan Insider’s Sam Webb, Moore is now after Louisiana’s defensive coordinator Lamar Morgan to take over as the defensive backs coach. Morgan played defensive back for Louisiana and was Vanderbilt’s cornerbacks coach in 2021.
