As things stand right now, Michigan has five commitments in the 2025 recruiting class. The Wolverines have yet to capitalize on their national title run from a year ago, but Michigan is starting to make more and more final groups for top talent.

The Wolverines are now in the final group for four-star wide receiver, Quincy Porter. Michigan will compete with Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Penn State, and Texas A&M.

Porter is a taller-end wide receiver. The Oradell (NJ) Bergen Catholic native stands at 6-foot-3 going into his senior year of high school. According to the Composite, Porter is the 49th-ranked recruit in the ’25 cycle. He is the No. 7 WR overall and the top-ranked recruit in New Jersey.

There are currently no Crystal Ball predictions on 247Sports predicting when Porter may go. But looking at On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine, Michigan is in the lead for the elite WR with a 29.9% chance. Porter has been to Ann Arbor three times for a visit and is scheduled to visit once again on June 14.
