Sherrone Moore went out and fortified his coaching staff when he was made the new head coach at the University of Michigan. Now, with all of his coaches in place, Moore has taken the next step by hiring at least four analysts with a recruiting emphasis. Jacob Weber, Jacob Sakk, Preston Sagan, Jack Turner, and Aidan Young have all announced on their profiles they have been hired at Michigan. Reid Kuhl and Richard Perry, who were interns, also announced they are now a full-time recruiting analysts.
Turner was most recently with Wake Forest and Davidson, Weber was with Western Michigan, Sakk was with Duquense before heading to Pittsburgh, and Sagan has some experience at Clemson. Young comes to Michigan from Oregon.
It’s apparent Michigan is taking the correct steps toward making recruiting bigger and bigger in Ann Arbor. The Wolverines have recently teamed up with collectives to help with NIL and now by adding recruiting analysts to the staff, you should expect a momentum shift there as well.
